Mr. May is the Founder and CEO of MD Global Partners. He started his career in 1985 at Lehman Brothers. He later left the firm to gain the experience needed to establish an investment bank on Wall Street catering to niche clientele too small to gain access to large investment banking services. He completed his Masters of Business Administration from The Fuqua School of Business.
Mr. Miles is an experienced Investment Banking specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the industry for 30+ years. Skilled in strategic planning, public speaking, management, business strategy and financial analysis. Strong finance professional, has worked at major firms such as Lehman Brothers and Smith Barney. He completed his Business Administration and Economics at Montclair State University.
Mr. Coy brings 30+ years of market and finance experience to MD Global Partners and is a seasoned small-cap stock market veteran. He specializes in deal origination for public and private companies with a focus on debt restructuring and capital raising. During his tenure, he developed significant expertise in fixed income products such as high-yield bonds and preferred stock. He has had numerous management, top producer, partner and council member status at leading firms such as Lehman Brothers, UBS and ING Parings
Mr. Tempesta joined MD Global Partners in 2018. He has approximately 20+ years of experience working in the domestic and international securities markets. Prior to joining MD Global, he served as the Managing Director at Columbus Advisory Group for 6 years. He also served as financial advisor for institutional firms including National Securities Corporation, Oppenheimer and Argent Wealth Management
Mr. Brevig joined MD Global Partners in 2018. He has approximately 20+ years of experience working in the domestic and international securities markets. Prior to joining MD Global, he served as the Managing Director at Columbus Advisory Group for 6 years. He also served as financial advisor for institutional firms including National Securities Corporation, Oppenheimer and Argent Wealth Management
Juan joined the firm in 2017 and is currently an associate specializing in deal origination and execution with a focus on M&A advisory and capital market transactions. Juan has over five years of experience advising private and public companies in sectors spanning cybersecurity, tech-enabled services, and healthcare. He currently holds his Series 79 and Series 63 licenses. Juan earned his Master of Management Studies degree from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
